General Term and Policy

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below.
Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by ComputerGang.com. ComputerGang.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.
Shipping Option
ComputerGang.com offers ground shipment, second day or overnight delivery inside the continental United States. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method and total weight of all the items in your order. The shipping charges are not refundable. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses.

All shipments are subject to stock availability.
Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of credit approval. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from credit approval for delivery.
ComputerGang.com reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
All packages may require signature and is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery.
If any part of your order has shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.

Sales Tax

ComputerGang.com. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover that are issued in the United States. For credit verification purposes, credit cards issued outside of the United States will not be accepted. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with ComputerGang.com. Please be sure to provide the correct and exact billing address and telephone number. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, please notify your credit card company of the alternate shipping address so that we may verify its validity. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks
ComputerGang.com accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to ten (10) banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. ComputerGang.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear. We will charge a $30.00 fee on all returned checks. Please phone in your order if you wish to pay using one of these methods.

Wire Transfers
ComputerGang.com does accept wire transfers. Please contact
help@computergang.com or call (718) 888.2000 to obtain the necessary wire transfer information. Your order will ship within 48 hours upon receipt of the wire transfer. To cover bank charges, there is a $15 fee for wire transfer payments

Order Acceptance

The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ComputerGang.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Order Cancellation

If you must cancel an order for any reason, please contact our Customer service center at 718.888.2000 or email us with your name, order number, item part number and description at help@computergang.com. A ComputerGang.com Customer Service Specialist will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can usually process the cancellation. If the cancellation is confirmed, ComputerGang.com will send you a confirmation email. This confirmation email is your proof of cancellation and will be necessary, in case of any questions, to waive shipping/handling and/or restocking fees.

If you receive the order, then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. Again, unless you have a confirmation email stating the order cancellation prior to shipment, there will be a $25 or 15% restock fee (whichever is greater) for all refused shipments. If you do not refuse delivery, you must obtain an RMA number to return your item(s). You will be liable for the return shipping fees. The package must be unopened in new "as shipped" condition to be eligible for a credit.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Only defective products can be returned for replacement or credit at ComputerGang.com's discretion within 14 days from the ship date. After 14 days only the manufacturer warranty applies and all claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be in the original box with all packing materials, cables, manuals, accessories, and UPC code on the box intact. ComputerGang Inc reserves the right to reject any packages that do not meet any of the above criterias and/or impose 20% handling fee. Some manufacturers require defective products to be returned to them directly, thus we are unable to accept any returns from those manufacturers. Laser Printers, OEM, white box, CPU, memory products, Hard Drive, consumables, open box software, and battery products are non returnable even in case of defect. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice, please consult with the manufactures website for up to date information. If your order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure carrier's delivery record is noted regarding the damage, in order for ComputerGang.com to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify ComputerGang.com within 24 hours to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise

RMA Number For all returns, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Computergang.com or no refund or replacement will be issued. We will not issue credits or replacements for unauthorized returns. You may request RMA number by calling Customer Service at 718.888.2000. RMA number and product return instructions will be emailed within 48 hours. The RMA number is necessary to coordinate returns with our warehouse and accounting departments. Please use a Lable; DO NOT WRITE OR MARK THE BOX ITSELF. All returned products must be in 100% complete condition. Products must be returned with original packaging that has not been written on or defaced, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
